Guarantee

All products sold on Pnkre.com are under the warranty of the manufacturers and importers. Pnkre.com acts within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law in return transactions. In all purchases made from the Pnkre.com website, the package containing the product must be opened in the presence of the cargo officer and a report must be made for the missing or damaged products. The ability to return a product generally depends on the following conditions:



Return period

In general, you can return the products you have purchased in the same condition as you received them within 14 days from the delivery of the product to the person/organization at the address indicated, without damaging it or impairing the resalability of the product.



Return-exchange conditions

Below you can find the items that must be complete in the products you send for return. If any of these is missing, product returns cannot be accepted.

The return section of the information slip on the box in which the product was sent to you must be completed, and the products to be returned within 14 days must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the original box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.

If the product you want to return has a corporate invoice, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping fee (product unit price + VAT). Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless the return invoice is issued.

In cases where any deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other situations are detected in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

If the products received by Pnkre.com are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit card are reflected in the account within 4-8 business days at the latest, and payments made by money order are reflected in the account within 3 business days at the latest. For negative situations that may arise after the product reaches the customer and is used, the authorized units of the importer or manufacturer should be contacted.

The effects of cosmetic products may vary from person to person. There is no guarantee that the products purchased and used from Pnkre.com will completely satisfy the buyers. For this reason, return requests for products that arise from personal dissatisfaction and cannot be resold are strictly not accepted.



Non-refundable products

In order for any cosmetic product to be returned, its packaging must be unopened. Damaged and replacement products are processed within 2 (two) business days after they reach Pnkre.com. These process steps are as follows.

Damaged packages should not be accepted and a report should be submitted to the cargo company official. If the cargo company representative thinks that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and check that the products have been delivered undamaged and request that the situation be determined with a report. Once the package is received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has performed its duty properly. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to Pnkre.com as soon as possible, along with your remaining copy of the report. Pnkre.com will ensure a new and healthy delivery as soon as possible.



Return process

You can return the product you purchased within the scope of our Warranty-Exchange-Return Policy by applying to Pnkre.com within 14 days from the day you received it from the cargo.

Before sending the product to us, you must submit your return request to us and your return must be approved by us. Returns made without a return request will not be accepted by us and will be sent back to the buyer. In order for your refund not to be returned to you, you can submit a refund request through our website or contact us through our customer services.



Will I pay shipping fees when returning my product?

You do not pay any "shipping fee" for returns. After your return request is approved, you can return it with a counter payment via Yurtiçi Kargo. There is no need for any code information when sending a return.

How do I track the process after sending the product?

After your product is received by Pnkre.com, its packaging, accessories, invoice and whether the product has been used will be checked.

If your return does not comply with the return conditions, you will be informed about the issue and your return order will be sent back to your address at buyer's expense.
